Shipping- We ship free via USPS first class mail (3-5 days) within the continental United States. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order. All jewelry is made to order and we do our best to get it to you in a timely fashion.
Packaging- We package all our jewelry in brown recycled craft paper jewelry boxes with logo ready for gift giving.
Patina- Kiersten Crowley Jewelry is hand forged in Portland, OR. Due to the nature of handcrafted jewelry no two pieces are exactly the same. All jewelry is made with either brass,oxidized brass bronze,oxidized bronze, sterling silver, oxidized sterling silver,fine silver or gold fill and will be stated as such per individual piece. Most metals will develop a patina over time,if you wish to discourage this process you must clean with appropriate “jewelry cleaner” for each metal. We do our best to keep color and sizing accurate but they may shift from piece to piece,as they are hand made items.
Returns– Although we hope you love your jewelry, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied returns can be made on purchases through kierstencrowley.com only within 7 days of receiving your order. Please notify us before shipping item. We will either issue a refund or exchange for another item.
Repairs– We will repair items within 30 days that have been purchased by kierstencrowley.com only. Kierstencrowley.com is not responsible for shipping charges on repair items. Please notify us before sending repair.
